How to Place an Order

1. Email us at PBKSCUSTOMERSERVICE@gmail.com
   Include your First and Last Name and a valid email address. You will receive an order form to complete and submit.

2. You may pay in full or place a deposit to lock in your order. This helps us generate and send your custom invoice.

3. Once your invoice is sent, you will have 48 hours to submit your initial deposit.
   If the deposit or full payment is not received within that timeframe, your invoice will be cancelled, and you'll need to restart the ordering process.

4. If you choose to make two payments, your final payment due date will be sent once your deposit is received.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable.
Production will not begin until your full payment is received.
You will receive one reminder email regarding any outstanding balance.
