Send an email to PBKSCUSTOMERSERVICE@gmail.com with your First and Last Name and a good email and you’ll receive form to complete your order.

You can pay in full, or a deposit can be placed to lock in your order.

This will help us set up your invoice. Once your invoice has been completed and sent back, YOU’LL HAVE 48 HOURS TO PAY YOUR (1st) INITIAL DEPOSIT, if your invoice has not been paid in full or the initial deposit hasn’t been received, your invoice will be CANCELLED!! And you’ll have to restart the process.


If the decision has been made to make 2 payments, once we receive your initial deposit, you’ll receive the final payment date.
