PLEASE be sure that the order you placed, is the order you want. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. The ONLY way an exchange will be placed is if your item/items arrive damaged and or you receive the wrong order. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email with the order number and photo proof. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or any error on your part, a shipping fee will be charged to reship the order. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, we will verify the address with you and if there were no error on our part, then you must address this with the Post Office or UPS. If an error occurred on the behalf of PLUSH By Kendra, LLC, we will rectify the issue.

To start an exchange, contact us at PBKSCUSTOMERSERVICE@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

ALSO, if you have sensitive skin, we RECOMMEND you purchase a sample to test it out. If irritation occurs, discontinue use IMMEDIATELY and discard. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED.
