Are the essential oils/fragrances used for all products?

Yes.

Are the products made with harsh chemicals?

No, all of PBKs products are made using all natural ingredients.

Are the products made by hand?

Yes, every last one.

Can the scrubs be used for the face?

Yes. It can be used for the lips as well

How can I cancel my order?

Once order has been placed, it CANNOT be cancelled, due to it going straight to processing. So, pls be sure before placing an order. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. See disclaimer below.

Please Review Your Order Carefully Before Checkout
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exceptions are for items that arrive damaged or if you receive an incorrect order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at PBKSCUSTOMERSERVICE@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photo proof of the issue. We will initiate a replacement for the affected item(s) only.

Returned Packages Due to Address Errors
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you first confirm the shipping address provided during checkout. We’ll also make sure the address was entered correctly on our end. If everything matches, we will initiate an investigation with the postal service to locate your package. Our goal is to resolve this matter as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Starting an Exchange (If Applicable)
If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Please do not send any items without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Important Note for Sensitive Skin
If you have sensitive skin, we highly recommend purchasing a sample size to test before committing to a full-size product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and discard the product. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to skin sensitivity reactions.

ALSO, if you have sensitive skin, we RECOMMEND you purchase a sample to test it out. If irritation occurs, discontinue use IMMEDIATELY and discard. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED. 

To start an exchange, contact us at PBKSCUSTOMERSERVICE@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
